All flights take off from a 520m high runway with plenty of structure and safety, on the base of Pedra Bonita. Our professionals are highly experienced with extensive knowledge in the region. Hang gliding tours in Rio de Janeiro take-off from Pedra Bonita ramp, a privileged spot in the Tijuca Forest and one of the best places in the world for hang gliding flights. It offers a wonderful view of the costal islands, the forest, Pedra da Gávea, the Rocinha favela (one of the world’s biggest slums), Cristo Redentor and more during the free flight. At the end of this thrilling hang gliding experience, we land at Pepino Beach, where we can cool down with some fresh coconut water and eat at the waterfront kiosks.
